Our wonderful wedding coordinator/travel agent has reserved us accommodations together at this 5 Star All-inclusive resort in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. They have both single suites & double room suites available for our guests. We fell in love with everything about this resort: the gourmet food & drink, the enormous and luxurious rooms, the amazing Caribbean ocean & beach, the beautiful & relaxing infinity pools, and the warmest, most welcoming staff we've ever experienced. We know you will too.

Please feel free to contact Sydney (641-757-0182), Nick (515-975-3674),

After visiting the resort, the 2 bedroom suites are, by far, the most luxurious, spacious, and wonderfully accommodated rooms we've ever seen. The ocean view suite has a full size living room and kitchen with a daily stocked bar, a large dining room table, and a wrap around glass patio with a full sized hot tub, loungers, table & chairs, and a rope hammock. Down the hall, there is a full sized bathroom and a washer and dryer complete with detergent. In terms of the bedrooms, there is one enormous master suite with a king bed, vanity, wardrobe, soaking tub, steam shower, and double sink. The other bedroom has two queen beds, a wardrobe, a glass patio, and a 3rd full sized bathroom with double sinks and a steam shower.
The single, junior suite, can be either ocean view or beachfront, and has a King sized bed, a fully stocked bar, a soaking tub, a steam shower, and a lovely glass patio complete with a hammock as well.
The price of the all-inclusive accommodations are very similar whether you choose the single Junior Suite for 2 adults ($230/night per person) or the 2-bedroom suite with 4 adults ($260/night per person). As such, choosing the 2-bedroom suite with 4 adults (up to 6 people) is by far the best value. Children 12 and under are free. Children over 12 are considered adults.
All inclusive accommodations at this resort include everything other than spa services. Activities, food, room service, top shelf liquor, everything is included.
We have a terrific travel agent, Chad Simpson, who is working on group airfare for us. Chad is from Michigan, but has been living in PV for the past few years, so he's a wonderful resource for our group. He will assist all of us in price shopping, reserving flights, obtaining group discounts from the airlines, handling the airport transfers, all of those things. Chad was able to get us flights from KC to PV to visit the resort this past month for a little over $300 a piece, including fees and taxes., so we are hopeful to have reasonably priced airfare for our guests!
On Sunday, June 5th, we are planning to have a fun "Bachelor/Bachelorette Party" excursion which includes a catamaran cruise on the beautiful Caribbean sea. After spending the day on the boat, there is a rooftop bar and pool that promises to provide yet more fun for our guests who are up for it.
On Monday, June 6th, the wedding party will have their ceremony walk-through. That evening, we will be inviting our guests to join us for a rehearsal dinner and bonfire on the beach. Good food, drinks, and music will help us get ready to celebrate the big day!
Tuesday, June 7th, is THE day! The wedding ceremony will be held at the Tierra Luna village area at 6:00 pm. where the couple will exchange their vows and promises of the future. A cocktail hour followed by a full 4-course gourmet dinner will be held at the Tierra Luna terrace over looking the beautiful Caribbean sea and beach until around 8 pm, when the dance party gets started! Formal beach attire is requested.
The following day, Wednesday, June 8th, we will cure our headaches and sore feet by relaxing at one of the 3 infinity pools at the resort. The Garza Blanca staff shines with their ability to pamper their guests - we promise, you won't be disappointed!
Yes, once you have RSVP'ed and provided your travel dates and room type, we can direct you to our resort liaison who can help you setup a monthly payment plan!
The most important thing is to make sure you have a current passport. If you need to get a passport or renew one, it can take a few months to get it back, so it would be best to start now.
You will need to show a negative Covid-19 test result before returning to the States, but the resort has online rapid tests onsite. It would be best to be vaccinated before going to Mexico (carry your official vaccination card with you), but it is not required.
Puerto Vallarta is one of the safest tourist cities in Mexico. It has a rich tradition of welcoming visitors and we felt safe and comfortable while visiting.
The countdown is on! Get those passports ready because we're ready to celebrate with our favorite people!
